Required a Support Analyst to:
"[-]Reports to Support Manager
" Participate in the Service Desk which provides remote (email and telephone-based) technical support 24x7 including on call support up to eight weekends/year.
" While working the Service Desk, recognize the incident, problem or change; open a service desk ticket; and then implement steps to resolve technical issues in a timely manner by: utilizing the ITS Service Delivery KnowledgeBase portal, vendor support sites and other Service Delivery team members.
" Manage inventory of local ITS assets including: PCs, peripherals and wireless devices; purchase hardware, when required. Responsible and accountable for the local inventory and accurate reporting of assets in the inventory system.
" Ensure all office computers comply with firm security and risk management policies including: the installation of SafeBoot, LANDesk agent and monthly recurrence of LANDesk updates.
" Setup audio visual/computer equipment,

Experience required:
" 3-5 years of experience in ITS or a related area.
" Associates degree is valuable in ITS or a related area
Skills and attributes
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages, as required.
" Analytical thinker and troubleshooter; able to solve complex problems utilizing experience, KnowledgeBase and online resources.
" Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
" Flexible and accommodating to working overtime, nights and weekends, as required to support the Service Desk and special projects.
Technical skills
" Proficient in Windows-based environment and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including: Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
" Proficient in Windows networking including some experience with the Active Directory
" Proficient in Microsoft Exchange environment: creating mailboxes, creating forwarded accounts, creating distribution lists, tracking messages.
" Proficient with BlackB
Experience required:
