Our client is one of the world's fastest growing manufacturers of low-voltage AC drives, with product development and production units in Finland, Italy, China and the U.S. and presence in over 25 countries

The candidate will report to Spain's CEO and the Director of Global Services & Solution Support. He will be in charge of the renewable AC Drives service business Europe. Leading a team of technicians, he will be in constant contact with the clients, providing solutions and technical support. Give assistance to possible technical difficulties and control the maintenance of the product at the client's home.

Se requiere:

We are looking for a professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in low-voltage and medium-voltage electrical equipment service. Experience of CRM service tools and service of renewable energy products is an asset. The candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English. German is an asset and will be considered. He should be costumer oriented, service -minded and with good communication skills. We are looking for someone proactive and goal oriented.
