* Preparing the monthly management accounts and board reports, inclusive of monthly business review presentations for the PLC CEO & CFO.
* Analysis of trading information, variance analysis of financial results and commercial KPI´s to drive business performance and support decision making.
* Performing balance sheet reviews, including the assessment of prepayments and accounts receivable balances, and analysing working capital movements & trends.
* Review, analysis and challenge of divisional profit, balance sheet and cash forecasts.
* Preparing the consolidated monthly and quarterly sector financial forecasts.
* Supporting the preparation of annual budget and the strategic plan, through financial modelling, evaluation of strategic alternatives and EVA/ROIC analysis.
* Managing relationships with the PLC finance team including the submission of periodic financial information, in accordance with the month end timetables.

Formación: Business Administration Degree.
Experience: The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following key attributes:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA or ACA or national equivalent) with 4-5 years post qualified experience.
- Professional background & qualification in accountancy (corporate and/or practice) with "blue chip" firms.
- Excellent analytical, reporting and presentational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent language skills with fluency in English essential and other languages preferred (for example; Spanish, German, French).
- International mobility (willingness to relocate to Palma).
