Refrigeration Industrial Group is one of the leading manufacturers of components and control systems for air-conditioning, refrigeration and heat pump systems for residential and commercial systems.
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) position is responsible for managing key accounts and territory sales. This person will be deeply involved in the coordination of activities inside the Group to ensure the business plan targets are achieved or exceeded In addition. The RSM will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying and selling electromechanical components for HVAC and Refrigeration systems.
- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle - Coordinates all activities (pricing/projects/support/quality/supply chain/ AP/etc…) with customers’ key decision-makers
- Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations
- Provide account management to an existing territory
- Provides market information & market intelligence, including but not limited to: Market share details, Business/product development opportunities, Competitors, and Industry trends
- Communicates territory and customer insight & activi

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) business, marketing and sales or related field of study
- Engineering degree - Highly evaluated
- Experience with MS Office is required
- English and German/French (mother tongue level)
- Other languages appreciated
- Global experience desirable
- Driving License
