-Leverage knowledge of the retail industry and its supply base to develop a RTW account management strategy for Southern Europe
-Develop relationships at multiple layers of key accounts to drive specification and identification of The Brand fiber in garments
-Strategically prioritise accounts to maximise the use of resources and develop relationships at multiple layers of the organisation to be able to:
--Influence decision makers to specify the company products
--Map the supply chain
--Obtain quantitative information to learn about garment volume sales and the product fibre market sharen to identify the brand fibre opportunities
-Work closely with global Sales teams to match demand generated by downstream customers with supply to the relevant mills
-Leverage knowledge of the industry for improved mapping of the value chain

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
-Knowledge and experience of the Apparel Supply Chain in Italy, Spain and Portugal
-Sales experience within the Apparel Supply Chain, e.g. fabric mill selling to garment makers or packager selling to retail
-Knowledge of textiles and textile processes would be beneficial
-Team player with the ability to also work independently
-Ability to use good economic thinking to prioritize work and evaluate risks in a highly changeable environment
-Strong interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to interface internationally
-Fluent in Spanish or Italian. Good working knowledge of English.
-Flexibility to travel within Europe (approx. 50%)
