The core responsibility of Quality Assurance is to plan, prioritise, coordinate and deliver assurance reviews in accordance with the Assurance Plan and relevant policies, procedures and quality standards.

Quality Assurance defines and manages the risk based plan and prioritisation of all assurance activities through a continuous monitoring of the risk and control framework for Barclays, GRB Western Europe in consultation with management. In particular, the Quality Assurance team advises on the overall design of Barclays' Western Europe conformance plan for the different Principal Risk areas and is accountable for its delivery.

Se requiere:

Candidates with a degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar with demonstrable depth of experience in retail banking and insurance. Depending on the role, a background in financial or credit risk management; information technology; /internal or external audit; and financial control/quality assurance work experience is required. Candidates selected must have managed a team in a financial matrix organization, must have experience in risk identification and analysis and control activities. Candidates must be fluent in English and ideally fluent in another European language (French, Italian or Portuguese).
