Prepare office move plan and schedule
Prepare accurate internal costing
Prepare formal estimate and supporting documentation to the client
Develop work flows and processes
Audit final invoice to ensure all services captured and billed for
Review and execute formal contracts as required
Perform on site quality control visits
Provide onsite project management as required
Ensure all internal insurance provisions are in place
