To ensure that assigned Capital Projects (1,5 M$• Manages Capital Projects till 50 M$, raised through Change Requisitions by Operations (Olefins and Polyolefins) and/or other Clients.
- Gives support to Capital Projects above 50M$ in order to safeguard compliance with governing technical specifications and procedures, exchanging any requested info to PMC and sharing all relevant info within the own organization.
- Sees to it that all needed info, studies and proposals are provided to the client for investment approval, basic engineering, detail design and construction purposes.
- Coordinates with various interfaces to finalize and agree on the final solution for plant modifications.
- Gives input for Pre Studies on need basis and reviews Feasibility Studies handed over by the Client.
- Arranges all technical documents needed for bidding, reviews and evaluates technical bids for material, equipment, contractors and/or services that are received through Procurement and/or Services

Se requiere:

- Preferably Master of science in Engineering (minimum Bachelor)
- Minimum 10 Years of work experience with medium to big size projects in oil/gas/petrochemical Industry.
- Good knowledge of project management and relevant international standards.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Project, SAP and Primavera.
- Fluently in English (written & spoken) and having good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Team work within the team and across departments
