The Product Manager's role is to define the CRM product vision and provide leadership throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

- Drive solutions that will ensure the right messages and delivered to the right people at the right time through the right channel
- Define the product roadmap including a detailed product requirements definition, functional specifications, and deliverable timelines
- Work with Product Development to direct them in the implementation of the product roadmap
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Intelligence, Customer Service, Development, and Support teams to ensure that delivered functionality, capability, and capacity satisfy business requirements as well as product and operational requirements.
- Influence product strategies, alliances, and decisions with knowledge of relevant emerging technologies
- Perform competitive analysis of specific product area; act as reference point for knowledge of the competition's equivalent products

Se requiere:

- At least 5 years experience in a business or development role
- Experience organizing the elements of multichannel campaigns
- Strong understanding of Operational and Analytical CRM
- Experience with Marketing Automation Systems
- Experience with Gaming Industry will be a strong plus
- University degree in business or computer science or combination or relevant business experience and education
- Strong business acumen
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Must be able to communicate fluently in written and spoken English
- Ability to effectively set and manage expectations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to make clear concise decisions
