- JOB PURPOSE: To provide a high level of technical expertise to te company customers. Support and promotion of sales activities. Daily monitoring of the Call Tracking system queues, accepting cases, working on and searching for technical information to solve customer problems, discussing technical issues with other colleagues and the engineering teams.

- JOB SCOPE: Develop strong customer relationships by supporting and promoting the company products. Evaluate customer networks for performance, scalability, and security and provide recommendations to customers about improvements to network configurations and topologies to prevent problems before they occur. Work with various technical teams within the company regarding new products and feature improvements for reliability, availability, and serviceability. Work closely with customers to help test, design, and plan for deployments of new products and features.

Excellent customer management and relationship skills.
Key technical skills:
Theory of operation, design principles of:

- TCP/IP
- IP Routing protocols
- ADSL
- Common Router Interfaces and Protocols:
- Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet
- ATM, PPP

Concepts and/or working experience with:

- WINDOWS, LINUX
- UNIX
- QoS

** High level of english is a must **
