Important multinational company leader of a developing sector.
- Support the Personnel Administration process for the company, including the reporting of variations to the outside service payroll provider.
- Reporting of all staff movements that occurs along the month to secure that all administrative steeps are followed.
- Guarantee that the monthly payroll process will be completed and closed with no incidences.
- SAP input into general database.
- Support the salary budget reporting, from data gathering, maintenance of contract database and information procedures.
- Monitor operational and financial variables to generate reports for different dimensions.
- All work should be done in compliance with internal or external regulations.

- Knowledge: Labour Law, payroll process and calculations.
- Specific Degree in Labour Relations.
- Tax treatment rules knowledge (IRPF).
- Languages: High level of English written and spoken.
- IT: Office software. Deeply excel knowledge.
- SAP knowledge desirable.
- High Communication Skills, willing to act with all levels of the company.
- Result and client oriented: Looking for objectives accomplishment, finding ways of improve efficiency.
- Team work: High capacity for integration into a dynamic team.
- Initiative: Take decisions when needed. Find alternative solutions to possible problems.
- Professional experience in Personnel Administration environment (3-5 years) in a multinational company would be a must.
