Main responasbilities:

- To define and to manage the human and material equipment of the system department of Information; to promote his performance, guarding over the correct functioning of the equipment and computer tools.
- To improve efficiency in the company through the systematic management of business processes and management models and organizative structures.

Principal Functions:

- Basic support to users in installation, configuration / maintenance of hardware, microcomputer systems, networking and communications.
- Management of requests of services TIC in the first level of support in Plant and relation with the "Information System Service Center" of the Group.
- Relation with suppliers of products and external services.
- Responsible for the usage of the Business Process Model of the company Group in the plant.
- Responsible for the usage of the Management Models and Organizative Structures of the Group in the plant.
- To propone improvement opportunities

- Vocational training / Technician of average degree in Computer science.
- Knowledge in microcomputer science, operating systems and databases of Microsoft.
- Desirable knowledge in ERP SAP. Desirable knowledge in practical ITIL / ISO[-]Desirable Knowledge in Business Procesess and Organizational Assessment.
- Teamwork, flexibility, learning capacity and evolution.

**Important** Language:
- Rumanian language.
- Knowledge of Spanish language.
- English is desirable a good level.
