Our client is a major global financial services provider engaged in retail and commercial banking, credit cards, investment banking, wealth management and investment management services with an extensive international presence around the world.
Reporting to the HR Manager your main responsabilities will be:
- Act as focal point for all HR Administration matters to all employees;
- Collection, calculation and entering payroll data, updating payroll database/system;
- Process payroll change requests and/or calculate retro/partial pay as needed, as well as contracts compensation and benefits, Social Security, maternity Leaves, etc;
- Answering moderately complex questions and injuries in various areas of Human Resources Administration and responds accordingly;
- Preparing periodic and standardized reports;
- Maintaining payroll records by organizing and filing documents.

The candidate should have experience within a Payroll Department, preferably in an International Bank. We will require a University Degree/ Qualification. Fluent in English and spanish.
