Responsible for all talent management initiatives within the company, working closely with business line and HR Business Partners:
Recruitment and Selection:
- Define worldwide policy and procedures, manage external sources, assessment tools, KPI's.
Training and Development:
- Manage training processes, policies and tools around the world. Implement e-learning strategy. Develop partnerships with consultancies and business schools. Improve training efficiency. Trainings involving technical, leadership, languages and soft skills.
Talent Management:
- Manage all processes, succession planning, coaching and mentoring, performance evaluation. Create and implement a talent management plan for each business line.
