Reporting to Global HR Director the successful candidate will join the HR Board at an exciting time of rapid change and Worldwide growth. Working across Worldwide you will develop and implement a learning and Recruting strategy which will drive the consistent training and recruiting of employees across all locations.You will take a leading role in driving a learning culture and partner business leaders supporting the recruitment of their teams. You will lead a geographically dispersed team. You will set up appropriate and leading edge learning and recruitment solutions in conjunction with your team and external suppliers.

* Develops and implements comprehensive Learning and Recruiting strategies to meet internal client needs (i.e., utilizing job boards, print ad, factoring in price/time requirements, e-recruiting, etc.)
* Engages recruiting assignments of a complex nature to review applicant credentials, assess qualified candidates and partner with client hiring manager to determi
