To assist the Head of HR to provide a full compensation and benefits service for the worldwide organisation and ensure that the reward policies support organisational objectives.
- Manage the annual pay review including: overseeing the administration, forecasting & analysis and communication
- Manage the bonus/incentive schemes including: overseeing the administration, maintenance and development of the scheme, forecasting, analysis and communication.
- Manage the HR aspects of the company pension schemes.
- Keep up to date with developments in the compensation and benefits market place.
- Continually develop, maintain the organisational pay and grading structure including identifying relevant pay structures, job evaluation and communication of any improvements.
- Manage the reward and recognition scheme and make recommendations for improvements where appropriate.
- Manage the flexible benefits enrolment including: overseeing the brokering process, the annual renewal, enrolment

Imprescindible:

  • Primaria culminado
  • 1 Año de experiencia

Se requiere:

The profile required is:
- 8/10 years experience in Compensation and Benefits management, and Personal Administration.
- International Experience is a must.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Clearly able to focus on customer demands and to be pragmatic.
- Ability to communicate key messages to a broad scope of employees as well as to team members.
- Strong drive, perserverance and energy in delivering timely results.
- Bacherlor´s Degree. Human Resources Master will be a plus.
- Very High Level of English is a must.
