Reporting to the General Manager Europe and Cala, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:

* This position is responsible for achieving assigned revenue goals by securing new company clients and increasing revenue from existing customer base.
* Achieve defined revenue, yield, retention, and growth goals for the region through a strategic sales effort.
* Establish new accounts with the Mobile Operators in the region (France, East Europe, Balkans, Scandinavia, Russia and CIS).
* Establish & maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customer and grow revenues from existing customers.
* Manage the team under his responsibility.
* Ensure that each new account has signed a contract with appropriate terms and conditions.
* Ensure that incoming calls, Internet requests and other leads are responded in a timely and appropriate manner.
* Prepare timely responses as necessary in support of Business Development.

Se requiere:

Minimum 5-7 years experience in commercial hardware or software sales focused to Mobile Operators with a short term of sales. Business knowledge about France, East Europe, Scandinavia, Balkans, Russia and CIS. Solid negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to think on an analytical level.

The candidate Must be able to work in a culturally diverse group and should have a demonstrated ability to be adaptable and flexible with the capacity to accept change.

- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong listening skills.
- Exceptional sales presentation, communication and organizational.
- Experienced "Closer" with proven results.
- Strong computer skills and Internet literate.
