District supervisor

The District Supervisor is responsible for overseeing several stores within the company chain. Responsibilities include managing sales and operations in order to achieve financial targets, overseeing merchandise and marketing placement, motivating, coaching and training staff, handling personnel issues and loss prevention.
District Supervisors are also responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the stores. A District Supervisor is a role model and leader and must have the ability to solve problems, make informed decisions and manage the in-store talent effectively in order to achieve the best results.
Other responsibilities include:
- Successfully opening new stores within given target dates;
- Achieving budgeted sales targets per store;
- Ensuring highest standard of customer service in stores
- Liasing with Human Resources to recruit and hire the most qualified managers to meet the district's needs;
- Using the employee manual, conducting orient

Imprescindible:

  • Residir en Distrito Capital
  • Primaria culminado
  • 1 Año de experiencia

Se requiere:

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of prior Supervisory experience, in a retail environment;
- Post secondary degree or certification in business administration or related field;
- Experience training and developing work force, building relationships and managing talent;
- Experience with merchandising and successfully managing store operations;
- Excellent abilities to communicate in a clear, concise manner and to listen attentively to others;
- Excellent customer service abilities;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- English mandatory
