You will lead the operations function in the company. This will include

- Defining the global transactional and FX infrastructure as well as the processes associated to meet business objectives.

- Implementing processes in timely cost effective manner working closely with selected partners.

- Running these processes in a streamlined way.

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders (such as banks or regulators). Improve relationships

In addition, you will be expected to

- Establish relationships with key partners (e.g. banking relationships)

- Identify, screen and select vendors (e.g. software solutions) as required to meet objectives.

- Manage and reduce risks including foreign exchange, fraud, credit, operational risks, especially within online based business setting

- Recruit, build and lead an international operations team, including customer service.

- Work very closely with technical team to lead functional integration and implementation of in

Se requiere:

- Have previously set up and run international payment and foreign exchange operations.

- Be an expert in workflow design and implementation within transactional financial services.

- Be very familiar with transactional/wholesale and corresponding banking models.

- Be an expert in risk management within international treasury and FX management function.

- Have a high depth of expertise in international and domestic low and high value, retail and wholesale payment systems around the globe, knowing their different rules. For instance, but not
restricted to, SWIFT, ACH, FEDWIRE, BACS and SEPA.

- Have already managed international teams

- Be very knowledgeable and curious about innovations within the payment and banking space.

- Be fluent in English.
