Data warehouse/business intelligence administrator

An importante Pharmaceutical Company.

The Data Warehouse Administrator's role is to manage the overall data management process for the company's BI solution (desirable for the rest of European Sites's BI solution), starting with gathering user requirements thru developing the ETL processes, to developing the reports and tools for the end users.
Acquisition & Deployment:
*Design and deploy data table structures, forms, reports, and queries.
*Design and deploy ETL processes and procedures, including data cleansing and data mapping.
*Create OLAP cubes, including scheduling.
*Design and deploy reporting/dashboard capabilities.

Operational Management:
*Responsible for Data Quality Assurance and Data Standardization
*Diagnose, respond to and resolve database access and performance issues.
*Responsible for Database administration/Performance optimization within the Data Warehouse solution.
*Implement and maintain change control and testing processes for modifications to the data marts/data warehouse.

Se requiere:

Formal Education & Certification:
-College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 5 years equivalent work experience.
-Database Certifications: MCDBA or similar

Knowledge & Experience:
-Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
-Working technical experience with developing, designing, building, installing, configuring and supporting data warehouse / Business Intelligence solutions.
-Experience with tier-one applications, databases, and data warehouses, such as Oracle, SQL Server and so on.
-Comprehensive data warehouse analysis and design experience, with knowledge of data warehouse methodologies and data modeling.
-Demonstrated ability with ETL tools.
-Hands-on experience with business requirements gathering/analysis.
-Experience with data processing flowcharting techniques.
-Project management experience.
-Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
-Knowledge of applicable data
