Country Sales Manager for Spain and Portugal to be responsible for creating and delivering local opportunities and developing the market in Spain. Part of a process of expanding product development and sales worldwide, this position holds high potential for the professional development of the successful candidate. Working from an office base in Madrid, the position holder will be responsible for the growth and development of sales for a challenging market portfolio within the Spanish and Portuguese territory.

* Provide a high level of sales support within the region and achieve increased revenues with both new and existing customers.
* Research and define priority market segments and customers for the generation of new business opportunities.
* Systematically prospect develop and visit the customer base in all assigned market regions /segments.
* Maintain, strengthen and develop on-going relations with existing customers.

Se requiere:

- Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in Business Development into large organizations is required.
- Solid sales experience in the High-Tech industry in Spain and Portugal.
- Knowledge of complex environments IT-Mainframe Environment.
- Open Environment.
- Previous experience and sales network within the financial services sector will be considered a great advantage.
- Experience of team selling, involving sales, sales management, pre-sales and consulting services representatives are all valued candidate characteristics.
