* The Corporate Development Associate assists aligning strategic goals and objectives with decisions regarding sustainability; organization; capabilities and key business strategic initiatives.
* The primary focus are the business´ motivations, business operations and related networks that link these aspects of the Company together, such as execution and projects, organization and processes and sustainability.
* The Corporate Development Associate works to develop an integrated view of the Company using a wholistic approach, cohesive framework, and available standard techniques.
* The Corporate Development Associate also works through others at every level of the organization soliciting strategic imperatives from senior leaders and executives, and supporting business areas.

REQUIRED ACADEMIC SKILLS: Undergraduate Degree in Economics or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- Languages: Fluency in English and/or Portuguese (read, write, speak).
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years consultancy or project management and implementation
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Knowledge of process management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in process or IT implementation of projects.
- Experience in multi-country projects.
Skills/Competencies:
- Strong financial/analytical background.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
