The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and managing local and regional Business Solutions focused on Business Intelligence projects (Data Mining, OLAP Systems, etc.) and the support of the regional business needs.



The position is based on two roles; the core responsibilities for each role are described below:


System Manager
-Capture and structure enhancement requests from end-users
-Support the System Owner in planning and estimating changes/enhancements
-Own the system release plan and technology component life-cycles (i.e. software versions)
-Administer the super user community
-Coordinate service support activities in cooperation with technical functions and other solution specialists on local or corporate level (including Major Incident and Problem management)
-Continuous monitoring and improvement of System service levels, according to business requirements
-Maintain compliance of the System according to internal (e.g. SOPs) and external requi

Se requiere:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in the area of business solutions and the specific technology, e.g. Business solutions for manufacturing or sales and marketing in a regulated industry.

-Two or more years practical experience in implementing and maintaining the specific technology, e.g. Business solutions for manufacturing or sales and marketing in a regulated industry
-Work experience in process industries within the areas of either international pharmaceutical manufacturing, finance and controlling or global pharmaceutical distribution, as well as familiarity with related regulations
-Experience in integrating systems and interfacing solution components
-Experienced IS/IT technician managing the day-to-day operation of a system and support for the users

Deeply familiar with reliable IS/IT operations best practices (ITIL certified or equivalent)
