Multinational IT sector

"In Company" Legal Advisor / Coordinator: to give permanent Legal Support or to coordinate with our Extarnal Law Firms in different areas as needed.

- Make sure all the contracts signed are legally compliance
- Pro-actively lead and give advise and support to all the departaments within the Company before they take any action in any legal related matter
- Giving appropriate (quick and accurate) response to Police, Guardia Civil, or any other entity or person and respond to any Court requirement
- S/he will liase with the current External Law firms in different areas: Contracts: IT, mercantile, Marketing, Sales, Administration, NDA´s, any legal document, Licence, Engage Letters, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Clauses
- To defended company against claims for third parties and users.
- Establish procedures to protect our "trademarks" from any ilegal use.
- Register and maintain brands worldwide.
- Shape and reinforce the image of the company as the safest and most responsible in

Se requiere:
Law degree from a leading university, post-graduate law degree plus.

Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience at a reputable law firm or company, preferably in the IT sector.

Fluency in English including a demonstrated skill to draft and negotiate contracts in these language.

- Solid understanding of commercial issues and capacity to work under time pressure. Thoroughness and initiative.
- Ability to operate sensitively in multicultural environment and develop effective working relations with colleagues and clients across office locations and time zones.

- Excellent interpersonal skills
